What You’ll Be Doing:

Position Summary

Reporting Analyst - will be responsible for Analyzing skills to analyze larger quantify of business data and able to bring critical call-outs and reports, ensuring the correct number of resources are available at the right time to address the forecasted volume of different queues about different clients. Accountable for monitoring critical business operations and performance indicators. An ability to run reports from multiple systems and package the reports for Managers to use in making critical business decisions and setting operational strategies.

  • Generate reports for the senior leadership (daily, weekly, and monthly) and help identify trends to promote decision making

  • Work closely with all Operations and cross-functional teams to understand the business criticality and needs.

  • Develop templates, format, and proofread all reporting presentations for Operations to create consistency

  • Analyze volume and trends in different queues on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis and report out.

  • Proactive approach towards volume forecast for the upcoming months based on the historical trends

  • Analyze workload based on ad-hoc projects and suggest operations team additional resource requirements and recommendations.

  • Conduct trend analysis to anticipate and recommend changes in a daily and long-term strategy

  • Ability to analyze a business problem and recommend a solution in line with the business requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to be able to communicate with the leadership team and present the performance and proposal document.

Essential Functions

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a WFM role.

  • Hands-on RTA/Scheduling Experience with any WFM application (IEX, Genesis, Avaya, Varint, etc.)

  • Must be an advanced user of Microsoft Excel

  • Knowledge of Power BI, tableau will be preferred

  • Critical thinking with the ability to contribute to challenging assignments in a business environment

  • A high sense of urgency, and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

  • Exceptional learning agility and possess a highly developed curiosity

  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours to support the enterprise, if needed

  • Strong verbal and written communication, comprehension skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.

Mandatory Requirements:

We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.
