What You’ll Be Doing:

Evolent is looking for a Sr. Analyst to focus on deal strategy & underwriting within our Client Finance team. Reporting to a Director of Client Finance, this role will support creating pricing proposals, P&L statement expectations, & ad hoc analysis across the entire suite of Evolent programs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• With excellent attention to detail, populate deal-specific pricing models for large, complex deals

• Produce dynamic pricing proposals with sensitivity analyses for scenario planning

• Support continuously improving our financial models for accuracy and efficiency

• Support development of standardized processes, templates, and collateral for key pricing activities

• Support cross-functional workgroups where pricing analysis is needed

• Support ad hoc financial analyses for the Client Finance team

The Experience You’ll Need (Required):

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Actuarial Science or other quantitative field

• ​At least 2-3 years of experience working in a Finance-related field

• Extensive experience using Microsoft Excel

• Exceptionally strong analytical abilities, with a track record of identifying insights from financial information and translating them into business analytics and recommendations

• Must be self-motivated with curiosity to design new methods and processes

• Candidate who thrives with growth-driven changes

Finishing Touches (Preferred):

• Experience with underwriting, deal proposals, or medical economics

• Familiarity with U.S. Health System and financial elements

• Basic knowledge of risk and non-risk pricing/contracting

• Basic knowledge of Statistics

Mandatory Requirements:

We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.
